Disclaimer:Once you read this entry, my title with seem quite clever.
Just a few minutes ago, I finished the book, 'Vanishing Act' by John Feinstein.
In short, it's about to teenage aspiring reporters who go to cover the U.S. Open (a major tennis event)but find themselves wraped up in the mystery of the dissapearance of a beautiful, and famous, tennis star. This book is the sequel to 'Last Shot'. I have not yet read 'Last Shot', and I had previously read 'Vanishing Act' in the fourth grade. That, however, is not the piont of this. The piont, is that today, I have come to the realization that when I pick up a book, it vanishes. The second I start to read, it seems I am done. (Now are you getting the clever play-on-words here?) Earlier this year, I had lost my love for reading, but now we are back on strong. It was as if I had forgotten that I loved reading. I just hadn't been able to find a book that caught my interst, but now I certainly have.
